Last Order Dates for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
We will be posting out our orders slightly earlier than Royal Mail Recommends, to try and ensure they get to you in time for Christmas
Candles and Gift Sets - Wednesday 9th December 2020
All other orders Friday 11th December 2020
Please note any orders made after these dates will be processed as normal, however, we will not guarantee delivery before Christmas
All orders are despatched within 10 business days and are sent by one of the following, which you can choose via the checkout:
Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked (1-2 business days after dispatch)
Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked (2-3 business days after dispatch)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next business day after dispatch)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Two Day Delivery)
Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day by 1 pm - Must order before 10 am)
As a small business, we are unable to offer free returns at this time. However, should you receive any item(s) that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can contact us via our email address email@example.com
We will then discuss the options with you at the time of contact.
Please note: When you contact us, please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details. In addition, to submitting supporting evidence of any problems.
Should your items be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from our courier.
